1) How do I place an order?

Select the product you want, choose the available options, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

2) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options displayed at checkout.

3) What currency are prices listed in?

Prices are listed and processed in USD (United States Dollars), unless another currency is displayed at checkout.

4) How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.

5) How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather, and other logistics conditions.

6) How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69. For orders below $69, the standard shipping fee is $9.99.

7) Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.

8) Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to change your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mekuroe.com.

9) What should I do if my shipping address is incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at support@mekuroe.com with your order number and correct shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

10) What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including original packaging and proof of purchase.

11) How do I request a return?

To request a return, contact support@mekuroe.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

12) Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

13) When will I receive my refund?

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

14) What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mekuroe.com with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

15) Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges unless otherwise stated. If you want a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

16) Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability may vary by destination and product. Any available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

17) Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
