Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Mekuroe. We aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process and will assist customers in resolving any issues in a reasonable manner.

1) Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please refer to Section 7 below.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, customized items, personal-use items, hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized modification may not be eligible for return.

3) Return Process

To request a return, contact support@mekuroe.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return addresses may vary depending on the product and warehouse location. Items sent to the wrong address may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for refund.

4) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, or otherwise required by applicable law. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

6) Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

8) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges unless otherwise stated. If you want a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

9) Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

10) Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, related shipping fees, return fees, handling fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund.
