Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.

2) Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on orders over $69.
Standard shipping fee: $9.99 for orders below $69.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse.

4) Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch.

5) Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
